Everyone across the platform — learners, partners and corporate accounts — in one place. Click View / Manage for a full profile.

Learners opt in to Layer 3 specialist cohorts from their dashboard or the cohort page. Real data — updates as people register.

Click any student to open their scorecard, payment record, and message thread. Messages you send are saved locally for this preview — in production they sync to each learner’s dashboard.

Applicants and approved partners are one list, keyed on email. Open any row to see the sign-up application they submitted. Approving grants Partner Portal access for that same email.

Partners submit opportunities here for formal review. Commission entitlement requires Accepted status (Handbook, clause 7).

Corporate entities created by partners land here as Pending. Approving one provisions the Corporate Portal login (credentials emailed), issues an invoice, and emails the invoice + EFT/banking details to the corporate manager for payment.

When a corporate uploads proof of payment, review it here and mark the invoice paid. That records the partner's commission (payable within 15 days of cleared funds).

Once the partner's commission is paid, upload the proof of payment and mark it PAID — the date, who marked it, and the POP are tracked, and it shows PAID in the partner's dashboard.

Create a cohort for a corporate you've sold directly. This generates a unique access code their staff enter at registration to be linked to this cohort. Partner-sourced deals are created by the partner in their portal — those appear in the list below marked with the partner's email.

Each card is one cohort, grouped by its access code. Click View members to see the individual enrolled profiles. Run several intakes side by side (e.g. seven banks in the August cohort) and they stay organised in separate access-code blocks.

Raise an invoice for any customer against either entity — AfriversalAI (Pty) Ltd (ZAR, FNB EFT) or AfriversalAI Inc. (USD). Send it, then mark it paid when the EFT reflects; the customer gets a branded receipt. Corporate invoices issued on approval also appear here.

Partner Discovery calls appear here automatically when a partner schedules one. Use “Add event” for anything else (webinars, cohort dates, internal meetings).

Partner requests for printed marketing packs. Ship within the week; bill the pack + shipping back to the partner account.

Every email the platform has sent — what went out, to whom, and when.

Free-discovery submissions from the Process Automation page (customer type: process-automation). Review each, send feedback, and move them along the pipeline.

Deep 18-section discoveries — the raw material for the Discovery Report, current/future maps, opportunity registers, and phased plan.

Push the explainer video (start.html) + free-discovery invite straight to a prospect's inbox. Enter their details and send — they land on the video and a "start your free discovery" call to action.

Converted customers who log in to the Automation Portal (pe-portal.html) to track delivery. Add a customer, then create and manage their project through the ENGINE stages.

The evidence an HR director or a regulator asks for. Mark attendance at each live session, issue certificates against the register, and export the whole cohort record as a CSV. Completion and the learners’ own written answers are already recorded — this adds what was missing.

Submissions to the Index, scored against the six pillars of Zimbabwe’s National AI Strategy 2026–2030. The alignment gap — readiness minus alignment — is the consulting conversation.

Every team registered through the Index. Open a card for the roster, timestamps and scores, and to send the cohort report to its Program Leaders.
