Because you shouldn't pay more just because something takes us longer. We price the outcome, not our time — so a fixed scope has a fixed price. It's clearer for you and it means we're rewarded for building things well and efficiently, not for running up hours.
The AI Opportunity Scan, the Discovery & Alignment call and the Deep-Dive Discovery are all free. We map how your business runs and hand you current and future-state process maps, an automation opportunity register, a phased plan, an ROI/business case, and a fixed-price build quote — all at no cost. You only pay once you approve that quote: the build is then billed in milestones (a 60% deposit to start, 30% mid-project, 10% before handover).
