Because you shouldn't pay more just because something takes us longer. We price the outcome, not our time — so a fixed scope has a fixed price. It's clearer for you and it means we're rewarded for building things well and efficiently, not for running up hours.
Discovery is a paid engagement where we map how your business runs and hand you current and future-state process maps, an automation opportunity register, a phased plan, an ROI/business case, and a fixed-price build quote. If you go ahead with a build with us, the Discovery fee is credited against it — so it effectively becomes part of the build cost.
Because an honest fixed price depends on what we're actually building — and that's exactly what Discovery establishes. Rather than guess (and get it wrong), we scope it properly, then quote a fixed price you can rely on.
We deliberately start with one high-impact workflow so you see a real, working result early — usually in weeks, not months — then expand from there. We commit to scope and acceptance criteria rather than a rigid date, so quality isn't rushed.
No — but most clients do, because AI systems need monitoring and tuning to keep performing. You can start with Essential and move up as you add more systems.
